A constant image reappears in my mind. I can almost feel the pressure of the waves beating against these helpless bodies, the angry winds that move people around in the most random manner.  Humanity at its most fragile state.

This body of work pays tribute to every soul that left us, and everyone who managed to survive.

I have no power in changing their fate; I have no power to take away their pain and suffering.

 

My only power comes through the work I can produce.
